Here I've posted M*A*S*H eps featuring Trapper (namely seasons 1-3). I've also stuck in the first episode of season 4 for good measure! M*A*S*H actually went for 11 seasons, but as this is a Trapper site, I figure to stop at 3(+1) when he did!

To the indignation of Majors Houlihan and Burns, Trapper and Hawkeye raise money to send Ho John to Maine by raffling a weekend in Tokyo with a nurse. The winner of the raffle was aptly enough, Father Mulcahy!

Henry will only give the pass if Margaret gets off his back, which she will do only if everyone throws a party for Frank's birthday. The party needs a cake, and Radar will only get the cake if he has a date with Nurse Murphy, who will only date someone with a hair dryer. Klinger won't give up his hair dryer until he gets a section 8 which Frank won't sign. Hawkeye ends up with a golf bag as a boot.

Plot: In his performance that earned him the future role as Colnel Potter, Harry Morgan guests stars as the insane General Steele. Even the camp's section 8 Klinger thinks the General is nuts when he mistakes Klinger for his wife. He eventually does himself in with a song-along at a hearing. Morgan won an Emmy for his performance in this episode.

Plot: Trapper and Hawkeye pack to leave for Tokyo, but are interrupted by an offer by the Chinese to swap POW patients. Henry decides to send Trapper, Hawkeye, Frank, Radar, and Klinger into enemy territory to do the deal. Frank almost botches the swap when he brings a gun against the Chinese's request. All turns out well though, but the two supermen Trap and Hawk never make it to Tokyo.

Plot: Hawkeye is placed under house arrest after hitting Frank. Trapper and Hawkeye claim that Frank fell. A female colonel is sent to investigate Houlihan's nursing staff and flirts with Frank (god knows why!) She accuses him of rape when Margaret walks in on them in her tent. In the end Frank ends up under house arrest, while Hawkeye is set free.

Trapper finally wins a huge poker pot after stealing Hawkeye's watch. Unfortunately, all the money goes to the Army after Hawkeye donated $3000 that wasn't his to the orphanage.

Plot: The 4077th is broken into for penicillin. Colonel Flagg then enters wanting penicillin for himself to use to barter for information. Flagg comes down with Trapper and Hawkeye induced appendicitis, and the only penicillin he ends up with gets injected in his butt.

Plot: Generally considered to be one of the greats of M*A*S*H viewing; Henry finally gets his discharge, leaving Frank in command of the 4077th. Henry bids a tearful farewell, and manages to get a kiss from Margaret. Klinger marks the occasion by wearing a rather bright outfit which Henry zipps up for him. In a shocking final scene, Radar walks into the OR and announces that Henry was killed when his plane was shot down over the Sea of Japan.

Plot: A rather sad episode for me at least! Hawkeye returns from R&R only to find out that Trapper has been sent stateside. Hawkeye and Radar go to Kimpo to see Trapper and meet his replacement, Captain BJ Hunnicut. Hawkeye misses Trapper by 10 minutes, but finds another great friend and surgeon in BJ. (1 Hour Show)
